Had a client tasting for a Almond wedding cake with Chocolate buttercream. Below is the little 4" cake I made for the tasting and this cupcake was one a few leftovers. I have been super busy with client meetings and last minute shoppers for wedding cakes. I booked 2 wedding cakes for April and another one for May in the last week. I can't imagine waiting until that close till the wedding to start looking for a baker! I have a Scuba diver cake and a strawberry shortcake cake due for Saturday.
